Refund and Returns Policy
We strive to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you encounter an issue with your purchase, please refer to our refund and returns policy:

South African Clients:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any defects or issues.
- Upon approval of your claim, you will be eligible for:
- A refund.
- Store credit.
- A product replacement.

International Clients:
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to report any defects or issues.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed upon inspection of the returned item.

Return Process:
- Notify us of the issue by emailing accounts@key2fresh.com with your order number and details of the defect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Once the returned product is inspected, we will confirm the resolution via email.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Sale items unless the product is defective.

Inspection Timeline:
- Inspections are conducted within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds or replacements will be initiated immediately thereafter.
